After the tryptophan wore off, Avery Grace got her second wind and was down for some bread and some dancing! My evil plan worked well, and this beauty slept till 10am today!!

I sure do love all the QT that Avery Grace and I are going to get while E's at school! Avery sure is a chatterbox these days! She sure does miss Elise when she's at school. She's the first thing she asks for when she wakes up and keeps going on about it till we go to pick Ellie up. It's very sweet.

Ellie's First Day

As my friend Alisa said it's the end of an era. Miss Elise started preschool Wednesday. I sure do miss her in the mornings now! She loves it so far, and I love that it's only a short walk away.

These pics are a family tradition my mom created. I guess somewhere in the world there's pics of us kids on our day taking steps off the porch. As ususal, she had no problem posing.

Also, she's 40 lbs and 44 inches tall!! I'm pretty sure that means she can ride most of the ride at Disneyland! Woot!
